Speed Mechanics Clinic
A Focused Introduction to High-Performance Speed Development
The Speed Mechanics Clinic is a stand-alone experience designed to introduce athletes to the key mechanics that drive speed and efficient movement and the coaching standards used within Performance Rx.
The clinic is introductory and educational in nature. It is not required before participating in any other Performance Rx training or programs.
Omeka Sanders, PharmD, SNS, CSAS is the founder of Performance Rx and a Doctor of Pharmacy specializing in performance-driven nutrition and high-performance speed development for competitive athletes. Her work is rooted in clinical science and shaped by extensive experience both as a former high-level competitive athlete in softball and track and field, and as a parent of competitive athletes. With formal training in both sports nutrition and athletic performance, Omeka understands how fueling, recovery, and training load intersect. She applies a precise, athlete-centered approach to development to deliver a performance system tailored to each athlete.
