Focused Introduction to Performance Rx

Intro to Speed Mechanics is designed to introduce athletes to the key mechanics that drive speed and efficient movement. This clinic provides focused instruction on sprint mechanics and movement efficiency while offering athletes and families a clear look at how speed is trained within a long-term development system.

The clinic is introductory and educational in nature. It is not required before participating in any other Performance Rx training or programs.

Athletes will leave with a better understanding of how speed works, common movement errors, and drills they can apply immediately—whether or not they continue on to additional training.
