Align speed training and nutrition for defined competitive or exposure windows, including seasons, showcases, and combines.
Focused on speed expression, recovery management, and performance consistency.
Placement: Athletes who possess demonstration of previous training and readiness who are looking to tweak form/technique for performance on a specific date.
Final recommendation depends on timeline and training needs.
